This agreement with Bloomsburg University is specifically for graduates of the following programs from Harcum College who are applying to Bloomsburg University's Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Technical Leadership:

• Allied Health Sciences​

• Animal Center Management

• Dental Hygiene

• Fashion Design

• Fashion Merchandising

• Histotechnician

• Interior Design

• Medical Lab Technician

• Occupation Therapy Assistant

• Physical Therapy Assistant

• Radiology Technician

• Sports Management

• Veterinary Nursing

Bloomsburg University will allow these graduates to start the B.A.S. in Technical Leadership program as a Junior.

Bloomsburg will accept 60 transfer credits and apply them to the first 60 B.A.S. credits.

The Harcum graduate must meet the following qualifications in order to receive these benefits:

• Must graduate from Harcum with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.​

• Apply for admission to the B.A.S. in Technical Leadership program and pay the application fee.

• Provide official high school transcripts and transcripts of all college courses taken.

• Provide an official Harcum transcript once the degree is completed.

• Apply by August 1st for the fall semester or by December 15th for the spring semester.

• Must pay Bloomsburg University tuition for the semesters they are enrolled.

• Must meet all requirements in their major field of study and any other curriculum requirements that apply to all Bloomsburg University students in effect at the time of admission.

• Must complete at least 30 of the last 45 semester hours credited toward the B.A.S. degree at Bloomsburg University.

• At least 50% of the credits in the major must be earned at Bloomsburg University.
