This agreement with Penn College of Technology is limited to graduates of the Harcum College Dental Hygiene program applying to the Dental Hygiene program at Penn College of Technology.

Penn College of Technology will accept Dental Hygiene graduates to start with Junior status.

Penn College of Technology will waive the application fee if the application is submitted electronically.

Harcum College Dental Hygiene credits will be accepted and Harcum College General Education credits will be evaluated on an individual basis through transcript evaluation.  Dental Hygiene related courses will transfer as a block and will not be evaluated individually.  The transfer block consists of a maximum of 44 credits.

Harcum graduates will be considered for scholarships the same as currently enrolled Penn College of Technology students.

In order to receive these benefits, Harcum graduates must meet the following requirements:

• Complete application, submit deposit, and satisfy placement testing.

• Must earn a final cumulative Harcum GPA of 2.0 or higher.  All courses eligible for transfer must be completed with a grade "C" or higher.

• Must complete a minimum of 36 credits at Penn College of Technology.
